These terms govern text messages from Rooter-X Plumbing. By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from us about your service request.

What we send

Messages about your own service: confirmations, scheduling, arrival windows, follow-ups on your request, and replies to questions you text us. We do not run promotional text campaigns.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (714) 323-3153.

Consent is not a condition

Consenting to text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service. You can leave the box unchecked and we will call or email instead.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS are used as described in our privacy policy and are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
